Asheville Reporting has years of court reporter experience, covering proceedings of every nature. You name it, we’ve reported it.
We’ve covered many government-sponsored hearings, such as the National Advisory Council on Migrant Health Hearings, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Agriculture, Fish, and Wildlife hearings on endangered species and critical habitats, the North Shore Road EIS public hearings, U.S. Department of the Interior, state-level hearings such as Employment Security Commission, Department of Transportation, OSHA grievance hearings, and Union arbitration proceedings.
On a more local level, Asheville Reporting covers a wide variety of proceedings ranging from city and town council meetings, Board of Elections hearings, Cherokee Bureau of Indian Affairs business and realty meetings, employee grievance hearings at universities and hospitals, and local homeowner’s association meetings. We have also worked for large corporations and research entities from time to time, reporting and transcribing their focus group interviews. Additionally, we hold the government contract to cover the Charlotte grand jury proceedings each month.
